Bundled Z3 runtime

The browser uses this single-threaded runtime, distributed with the application. It requires neither a root-level /z3 endpoint nor cross-origin isolation headers. z3.wasm/z3w.js and z3.wasm/z3w.wasm are the existing z3.wasm runtime previously provided by the embedding site's runtime archive, now vendored here for reproducible standalone builds. The upstream project is https://github.com/cpitclaudel/z3.wasm; see the original README and MIT license alongside the runtime.
